Thanks** A: I don't think I received one. So no. But I put the paperwork away quite a while back. Gauge works great. **Q: Does know the max flow rate for this regulator?** A: I do not know the max flow but do know it will keep up on a oxy propane set up cutting 1/2 3/4 and 1 inch and not miss a beat **Q: Why is the regulator so hard to turn after reaching only 200 psi?** A: I can’t explain why it’s hard to adjust the regulator beyond 200 psi other than it’s the mechanical mechanism. Mine is the same and in fact only adjusts to 300psi maximum, not the 400 psi advertised. If 300 psi is ok then the regulator is ok….
