Not a perfect fit, but works.
The fit was a bit off, but i slightly modified it enough it work. It hasn't given me any trouble and works really well. For the price compared what a parts retailer would have cost me, i'm not complaining. Time will tell the longevity of it.

Needs M6 nuts and washer (x3) to mount in a 09 galant.
Unit works perfectly but one small snag that prevented me from giving 5 stars. On a 2009 mitsubishi galant the OEM unit has threaded inserts to mount the motor, this unit has studs. You will need 3 M6 nuts and lock washers too mount it. Besides that small issue the unit is fantastic.

3 parts to hold main piece is male (welded screws)
This part was fairly priced and very easy to install. I prepped the door the day before And installed when the part came the next morning. To my surprise when I went to affix the triangular piece to the inside of the door I realized that it had used screws where the original part was threaded female that screws went into. A minor inconvenience and a $4-$5 investment to buy M6 lock nuts and lock washers to hold the piece in place.
