I used a bit of the backing fabric that came in the kit and mixed up some of the filler to match the color of our couch. It took a few applications to fill and repair it (could maybe even use more to fully fill it), but it worked. The hole is patched and it has held up to heavy use from kids and dogs for 2 months now. It also works to recolor places where the finish has started to crack and wear off the leather. This has refreshed our old worn out couch and it looks pretty good, I’m very impressed with the result.
