Would definitely buy from them again. *by J***P on August 17, 2020* I had bought these inks a few months back and it said that they were compatible with the new upgrade. When my ink finally ran out, I tried to use them and for some reason the HP printer kept rejecting them. I contacted customer service and they suggested trying a few things and I tried and nothing worked. They then emailed me back and told me that they will send me the latest one that they have and it should work great. I just want to say that they provided outstanding customer service. They sent me a new set of updated ink cartridges so that the inks will now work on my HP.
