The manual and description is written as if this is a stylish hand made item.1) wood leg has decent crack2) the antiscratch plastic floor knobs are loose3) the inside drawer is filthy and not washable (bad paint)4) constant use of wood patch under paint and on legs.5) Smells like toxic chemicals, probably bad polystyrene emitting styreneI would be embarrassed if I ran this manufacturing facility and released this product to consumers. Given the obnoxiously written instructions sheet, it is even more of a disgrace. Have some bubbly when you assemble this piece of **** furniture... that is what we are doing!Clearly a California company that just imports stuff and resells. They should work on QC processes.

Hey loves, Happy Saturday! ☀️ ⠀I wanted to show you something I recently got and have been using everyday since. This desk from NathanJames. I like to draw a little when I get any time to myself. That doesn’t happen a lot with two kids and a busy schedule hehe, but now I have the perfect spot for some mama time. This desk was so easy to put together and it’s so beautiful. I loveeee how much space there is to fit everything. Even the dog loves it. Very sturdy and big enough to hold so much.

I want to love this desk and the pictures are so beautiful. It came earlier than originally expected which was great! The directions were hilariously written (“patience young grasshopper” and “time for pizza!!”) and it was so easy to assemble unlike IKEA this came mostly assembled you just attach the legs and one back piece. My desk must have been previously assembled and returned because I took it out of the box and unwrapped it and there are scuffs and marks ALL OVER piece “B.” Which isn’t a huge deal since that piece isn’t visible from the front, but I paid for a brand new desk, if I wanted a used desk or opened box desk I would have bought that one for $60 cheaper than what I paid. So very disappointing that I overspent. I will attach pictures of the scuffs and damage. Otherwise the desk it nicely made. The pieces are all screws and wooden dowels that you put together with an Allen wrench. The Allen wrench that comes with it is nearly impossible to use without scratching it up, the holes you have to screw into are pocket holes and the Allen wrench needs to either be a straight one like a pencil or a short one with the curved handle edge, or both!

first of all, the product in the box doesn’t at all match the picture. When I first opened the box and took out the main desk top, the drawer fell out on me.. like it was supposed to be attached and the weak staples all fell out and can’t be put back together. Next, there was no assembly instructions. at all. Now I had a pile of wood falling apart with no concept of what to do next. When I took out the legs, I realized they were very different than the picture. See my picture, but they are square and very light wood with the bar 2 inches from the ground.. very unlike the picture. Next, I decided I would try to attach them anyway so that I could really show that it was not the right desk. But- oh, wait! I don’t have any assembly directions! Luckily I’m decent at putting things together and was able to figure it out. Just to find out that it’s even LESS like the picture because there is no desktop that extends beyond the legs on either side. There’s also a large chip of wood. I don’t even know what to say about this purchase because it was just so bad. Thanks a lot Amazon. I really don’t know why they even want it back

I was excited to find an attractive modern wood desk with a drawer at a reasonable price. I liked the white and brown accents, and the smaller size would fit in the corner of my bedroom perfectly. It arrived earlier than promised and looked easy to put together. The bummer was the color of the legs. The photo on Amazon had what looked like dark brown legs, but in reality, they are a lighter, more caramel-colored brown. (see photo of unbuilt desk with light brown legs). I called customer service (very nice people!) and it was confirmed that there was only the lighter color available. Never fear; that problem was easily solved. I simply lightly sanded down the legs and spray painted them. It looks great now - see photo of it in the corner of my room with the newly painted dark brown legs!

I received my desk today and was excited to put it together. At first glance I noticed a gaping hole in the box and was already concerned for what I was about to unbox. Luckily, there wasn't significant damage to the product so I quickly assembled the desk. However, I was quite disappointed after assembling the desk that I noticed several paint chippings all over the desk, water damage under the paint, and the desk drawer is barely functioning. I had high expectations for this product and I am very disappointed in what I received. Please err on the side of caution.

Can I just express how much I appreciate a product that's both a) well priced and b) easy to assemble? Having spent enough time as a poor grad student, I've assembled my share of Amazon and IKEA furniture and this desk is definitely one of the easiest. With 2 people we had it together in 20 minutes, but it could have been done just as fast with 1 person.The desk is holding up great, I'm using it as a secondary workspace in the home with a standard office chair, but it would probably look a bit better paired with something a little bit more ... minimal? As you can see from the photo, the desk easily holds a large widescreen monitor, a laptop stand, a keyboard and mouse with room to spare. It's the perfect size, and the drawer is a handy place to keep extra cables, paper etc. I'm glad I purchased this desk, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on ease of assembly alone.

My new home office desk. Like the look, size and shape. Better quality than expected & sturdy. Drawer is roomy. Fits any decor. Good to have another pair of hands to help assemble, parts fit together well. Good value for money.

I love the mid-century modern design of the colours and style. It came very quickly and was super easy to put together. Very sturdy! Also, can I just say I LOVED the instructions - they were very entertaining... company's marketer needs a promotion. Highly recommended!
