I bought the Logitech C920S HD Pro Webcam and have been very pleased with it. The video quality is excellent, with a clear and crisp 1080p resolution that works great for video calls on platforms like Zoom and Skype.The included privacy shutter is a simple but effective feature. Sharp enough picture, decent mic. Has a put a y screen. You should download the free Logitune software, which makes it easy to adjust the picture. But the software is clunky to use with Zoom: You have to use the Logitune software while Zoom is running, and then you make the adjustments using the Logitune software, and you can use the Zoom window to see the results.

I replaced an old one with this one and love the clarity, color and easy set upThe only issue is that instructions refer to downloading software and when you go on logitech to downloading, it says this model has no download. I communicated with support and after two attempts to download their link -giving same message- I gave up since agent was not awareQuick support assistance via chat (may not have been familiar w the product) but he/she/they tried right away. Good product, reliable and prompt customer service

Nice little camera, well packaged, nice clear image, pretty good audio.That's the good news.The bad news they don't tell you ....You have to have other programs to even turn it on. It does NOT come with its own software. Both the online downloadable ? software AND the "customer support" both suffer from the same malady ... "Chinglish". Written and verbal support appear to have been written in Chinese and (poorly) translated into English of a sort.

Webcams should not be that complicated, yet so many companies are doing all that they can to make them overly complex. This is not the case here. Logitech has been the best-known peripheral manufacturer since the turn of the century, and they just make things that work. Plug it in and you get a great image for your meetings or whatever else you do with your webcam. I'm not here to judge. The microphone picks up every sound so if you didn't set that setting that focuses on your voice, you need to check that now. If I had to pick something that I don't like about them is that the auto exposure on it leaves some to be desired. If you don't have light behind the camera, it will wash out the background trying to expose your face. Works with all the standard webconferencing software. Great product for a reasonable price.

This is my first add-on webcam and the quality is so much better than standard laptop cameras. I am on a Zoom call and my quality is so much better than most others. I look so nice now lol! My work computer will not let me download the logi tune application, so I don't have access to additional features, but still, great camera. Plug and play setup too.

I just attach the webcam to my external monitor and it is indeed compatible with my Apple MacBook Air. I haven’t used it much but the couple of times I used it for a zoom meeting, it worked great. The last webcam I bought wasn’t compatible with my Apple desk top.
