That was the first sign the box was open . Follow the instructions and still it was hard to install I notice that the bottom and top didn't aligned even. It had a bend in the middle and it's full of bubbles.

Product failed on installation The intended release of the install tabs did not occur and wrinkled the product thus it would not adhere to the screen. My thinking is it was a flawed unit without the scoring necessary for the product to release upon application. Previous versions of the product worked flawlessly. This does make me think I should try another manufacturer.

The directions state to start in the center with the squeegee to start the release of the bottom protective layer. You really need to start past the center and bend the layers back far enough to allow the bottom protective layer to flip out and tart peeling forward. I also made the mistake of rubbing at a bubble with my fingernail that left some indents that I don't think are going to come out. They don't seem to affect the affect the clarity of the screen, but they don't look nice in reflected light. The bottom protective layers are adhesive to remove any dust stragglers during the installation.On the plus side the adhesion seems strong even around the edges. I didn't have to re-register my fingerprints to unlock the phone. Zagg was quick to send me a replacement when I totally boogered up the 1st one I got from Amazon, although it cost me about $8.00 shipping.Will I buy another one in the future? Probably. Will I be more careful with the installation? Definitely.

The invisible shield kit is high quality. It has a tray, wipes and directions. Easy to use. The fingerprint function works. I just added a new fingerprint in the biometrics section. I haven't drop tested or mashed my phone to test the protection quality for obvious reasons.

First of all I want to say this review is not final, I will update when I hear back from invisible shield which I hope is soon.After opening the package I noticed some lines in the middle of the screen protector but dismissed them when I realized that the way this is applied is top half first and bottom half second so that the hard plastic that comes off is in two pieces. I figured the lines would come off after installation, they didn't. As you can see by the pictures they are still there. I don't think this happened during shipment because it's boxed in a plastic cover from the merchant. I think this is a direct result of the way this is packaged! The other issue is also as you can see it doesn't cover the entire screen on the ultra. I've emailed invisi shield I. Hopes of either getting my money back or getting a new screen protector. At this time I can't say wether I recommend this product or not, it will depend on response from the company!*update*I said I would update when I heard from the company. They finally reached out to me and sent me a replacement. As you know this screen protector comes with a warranty, which is awesome! They sent me a replacement and all is good now, I would definitely buy this product again. This screen protector is the best I've ever used, I do recommend to watch the video of how to install, there's some on YouTube. The directions on paper can get confusing so the video will help clear the confusion.

O M G ...I can't believe it, finally found a screen protector worth its weight in gold!!! After removing the initial protector shipped with my Samsung S20 Ultra 5G, I have been so discouraged by product after product that failed to adhere to the curved edges of the phone (in recent memory I count 4 other products that didn't live up to their hype)... until I just put this ZAGG Ultra Clear+ on. ..I kid you not, this worked like a charm for EASY INSTALLATION and there is no spray (I didn't even wash my hands before doing this this time as I figured what the heck, it probably won't work either!)... and as I type my finger is just flying across the keyboard practically friction free. I didn't even need to reset my fingerprint scanner as it worked the very first try...I AM SO HAPPY with this product, gonna order this exclusively from here on out. It also must closely approximates the factory installed protector... makes me think Samsung uses ZAGG as well.

the screen protector works perfectly, bought once and installed kinda funky because i didn't quite understand what the instructions were saying until after i was done. i bought a second time after trying a couple others, and i like how nicely it fits the screen, it feels almost like glass. my only complaint is that over a period of a couple months, with my phone being in my pocket, my screen protector actually migrated up the screen so the bottom 3/16" is no longer covered and the screen protector now covers the camera and part of the case. its stuck on my screen enough that i cant slide it manually at all, but slowly but surely it still keeps moving little by little. I'm hesitant to buy another because of this, but its honestly one of the best i tried so far in terms of fit, feel, and durability.

Took it to my carrier's store to be installed so I knew it was done right. Lasted a couple of weeks before it started scuffing & peeling. My 3 yr old grandson removed it with no problem.

El material del protector es bueno.Para ser una película plástica tipo "plástico cristal", me gusto mucho la sensación del protector, casi como el cristal. La claridad es adecuada.Viene con lo necesario para instalar pero...Las instrucciones de instalación no son muy claras y/o no lo supe instalar adecuadamente. Logré corregir y quedó suficientemente bien instalado.Recomiendo el protector pero también Recomiendo leer varias veces las instrucciones y ver videos de instalación.

Difícil colocar

I actually like this screen protector. im rating 3 stars as mine seemed to be damaged in the box, when I initially unboxed it there was a visible bend like mark in the middle. it's not overly noticable. just woulda been nice to have zero marks after installing. but overall, I'll still use it, as it seems to be holding up fine, and I do like that the finger print reader works well and that it does relatively feel like glass. not perfect, but pretty damn close to feeling just like glass.

By far the best protector I have ever used. On my second one because the first one damaged when I put a sharp tool in my pocket with the phone but it saved the screen that's for sure. Reviews stating poor remarks for use on S20 Ultra have no idea how to install properly.
