This is confusing because using that description doesn’t specify if they are bulbs or if they are seeds. Based on reading the other reviews, most customers, myself included, have misinterpreted them to be tulip bulbs. However, they are seeds. I would have to plant these seeds and wait a few years for the seeds to turn to bulbs to find out if these are even rainbow colored tulips or not. I have contacted Amazon’s Customer Service Team today about this. They are aware and indicated that they’ll look into adding clarity to the product description so future customers understand that these are not bulbs and shouldn’t be advertised as such.
