Tracfone $25 Unlimited Talk, Text, 2GB Data - 30 Day Smartphone Plan

The card does not work. I contacted the seller last week and they have ignored me. Do not buy this product. Poor customer service and bad product. I wanted a refund or a new card and I have heard nothing.

For some reason my phone with this $25 card quit working 7 days before it should of expired!!I’m going to call them to see why...says unlimited on card! Very disappointed ! Was gift for grandson.Not to sure if Tracfone was the right choice!!Should of gone with Att!!

Ordered this with my new phone on the fifth of the month. It's the twelfth. I have a phone shaped paperweight and a notification that I might get the card by the eighteenth. There are no weather issues.

These phones and plans are perfect for my 10 year old daughter. I have the ability to track all of her activity and can cancel the plan at anytime if she needs to have the fun taken away.

Tried multiple times to use the service. Each time it said I was unauthorized, even the customer service would not help me. A total waste of money.

I tried several times to add this to my plan but even after re-entering the code four times this kept coming back as invalid and a waste of money, should have just bought minutes from my phone! want my money back for this trash

Doesn't work and bad technical support and customer service. They speak very poor English and are not in any way trained or knowledgeable about their products. Took my money for the monthly plan and blocked my service!!! Their app it's useless and, of course, it doesn't work. They can't be reached nor do they conduct any communication via email. Just long waits for useless and unprofessional phone "support" or physical PO Box (?what??) for written communication... After 45 minutes on the phone and 2 chat conversations (with considerable waiting times) I was given some general instructions that did not work and did not solve anything. Now I can't contact them at all! And I still can't use the phone - no calls, bo texts, just as a mini pad on wifi... Will report this to BBB and the Amazon division. Their business practices are shady at best. Absolutely unacceptable!

Purchased $25, successfully installed the sim and followed directions for the purchased amount, but I wasn’t able to use data, only WIFI . 🤷‍♀️
