Recently purchased this item its great,but the mop handle has broken how do i request for an exchange for just mop?

Under Amazon you may be covered? But I’ve had 2 mops broke and I contacted vileada but they don’t sell / supply it on its own I’m just about to purchase my 3rd with this problem but I love the set so it’s only way.

Is it right that my floors are left very wet? I have to buff dry after every use.

No they shouldnt be wet. So to wash the mop you twist slow after that twist it fast and whilst spinning pull it up of the bucket. Shouldnt be very wet at all.
