Good fun and easy to use
Comes with dvd, better if had a scan code can use to get videos downloaded.. i like it, reminds me of the 1900’s and that movie where the teens would recite “we must we must we much improve our bust.”!It does good for making me use my arm muscles in different ways w/o putting added pressure on my shoulder blade… no issues with hitting myself upside the head… uhm…. It is fun to be jiggly too!

This thing stinks of cigarette smoke when it presses air out. Really fowl. The included dvd is an off the shelf rewritable disc with no label. I am not convinced these are from a legit source. But the product operates as described. Will have to wait and see about lengevity.

To Heavy to lift for average person
It was way to big for a normal sized woman. Very heavy for me and I was unable to get it to shake. I did get a refund with no problem from seller. For seller I give 5 stars. But just know this a giant shake weight. Probably weighs about 10 lbs? But not sure.

Don’t feel embarrassed
If you're planning to get it? Get one then! Honestly, after a Nice arm and chest how, I Used arm shakes weight for six minutes, and you'll feel The burn. Who cares you get people making jokes about you it's your money and your health.1-10 big 10
