I purchased this item recently and let me tell you it's an amazing product. It feels very sturdy, makes you sweat a ton and it stays in place while you work out. I'm 5'10" 285 lbs, (I know, I'm fat) but I'm working on it. Normally I us size 2XL so I ordered the 3XL. At first it feels very tight but once you start working out you won't feel it. I paired it with the Sweet Sweat cream and the results are great. You feel like you are on your own personal sauna.

Have owned now for two months. Wears and washes well. Usually hand rinse after workouts and hang dries quickly. I usually am a XXL but the XL works well. I have big arms and it is the only area I adjust when I put it on. The waistline band has not over stretch yet. Zipper is backwards like on women's clothing but is good quality. Happy with this purchase and really great for inducing sweat. I would purchase again.

So you have to get used to having it on the other side rather than the right hand side. I don’t know if this is made for a woman but I don’t think so. It fits snug exactly how it supposed to do. buy whatever the chart says and it will work fine. It is not thick. It is very thin but it is very durable. And it works very very well. When I take it off I am sweating like crazy. It really does work well. I’m very impressed and dries extremely fast which I need to do because I use it twice a day. If you’re wearing that bite self at the gym you look fine or running you look fine. And you don’t need to wear a shirt underneath it that did not make it any better for me. Another words I sweat less with a shirt underneath just keep that in mind. I don’t think it’s meant for that though. But I saw some other people review it and say they were sure beneath it don’t do that

I am 5-11 in height, and weigh 200 lbs. I ordered the Large and it fits great. It is snug, as it should be for best performance. Zipper works well and has no issues. Ive used this several times since receiving, and it works perfectly. It helps in the "conture"/shape of the body, and also makes me sweat as expected, within my chest and midsection/ab region/waist area. Would recommend this product to anyone.

Okay I hope this will help you guys pick a size. I bought a large and I think it fits perfect. It's snug an feels really good, not tight. I'm 5ft 11in and weigh 220lbs. I don't really have a muscular build. I'm a 51 yr old dad with a "dad" body. I have 15-1/2in biceps, 21in wide shoulders along with love handles, a belly and yes I hate to admit it but some "man boobs". I wear 36 and 38 waist size pants/ jeans/ shorts depending on brand. My pants rest about 2-1/2 to 3in below my belly button. My belly is 45in around and my chest is 49in. This Large feels like a 49in chest is about as big as it should fit, maybe 50in. So if you are maybe in between 44in and 50in chest it should fit fine. I would say the same for belly size however if you have a 50in belly and a 50in chest the Large might not fit bit I would try it first. When I weighed 250lb a few months ago my arms were 16in, shoulders 22in wide, belly 49in and chest 53in and wore 38 and 40 waist size pants. I think I would have definitely would have needed the Extra Large size. If I loose 20lbs more I'll probably need the medium to fit snug.

To help with sizing (considering these things are always all over the place). I’m 5’10” 215lbs. 46” chest 38” waist. I ordered size Large and it fits tight. I wanted it tight so as I lose weight I won’t have to buy a smaller one next month. Although it fits tight and I had to adjust it a little and then get used to it, it’s surprisingly very comfortable and it works as advertised. The only downside is how tight it is around the arms. This is not a good compression situation it’s a “digging up into my armpit” situation. My shoulders and triceps are kind of bigger than average and it really sits high under the arm into the pit. I had to stretch the area out quite a bit to fit my arm through comfortably. It did make a difference and felt much better but I did have to stretch it quite a bit. If I have to return it I will, but this would be the second type of sauna shirt to be returned due to the sizing issue with this type of product and I just don’t feel like dealing with that again. Anyway I wore it today after it arrived and started sweating instantly. Then soaked it in water and mild detergent, rinsed it and while it was still wet, I stretched the arm holes as far as they could go without causing any tears or rips. Then hung it to dry. It seems that the forced stretching worked and the arm holes stayed stretched out after it hung dry. This is the only way to make it comfortable for me. Hope it helps you make your decision. Love this item, I seriously recommend buying this. Just togive you an idea of size, I'm 6'4" 305 lbs. Currently losing Tons of weight thanks to this. Sweating off all the water weight I have. Size that I bought is an XL, I thought the 2 XL was fine but I felt it a little lose 😅. No lie this item is great!!!

Got it today. Took it out of package and tried it on. No smell. I ordered a large and it fits snug. Wore it for about 6 hours and you can really feel the sweating. Its long that you can tuck it under your pants and jut wear it casual. I do wish there was some sort of fasteners at the bottom. This tends to ride upwards and you have to keep continue to tuck it in. Very well made. The zipper part is on the wrong side. Men's usually on the right and ladies on the left. This zipper is on the left. No big deal nor a deal breaker. Its kind of weird when you zip up. Takes a few hours to get use to it. Can't say yet it I see a change to my upper body since I've only had it a few hours.
