Great screws for thin plasterboard
I used these to hang a shelf on a thin plasterboard wall and it worked a treat. Although I did need to buy 2 packs because I needed 8 screws to hang the shelf sturdily

Superb, just what I needed
I needed to hang something on a hollow door and couldn't find suitable fixings. These did the job perfectly. I had to "break them in" before putting them in the wall as they were too stiff and didn't bend, but once I got them started it was easy to finish up. The screws themselves are not the best quality, they got chipped just by using the screwdriver.

Not good quality
Firstly a pack of 5 for ยฃ3 isn't great, this sort of thing in toolstation or screwfix you would get alot more for your money. 3 out of 5 broke while fixing to the wall, forced to throw away. Ordered something else for my small job, these didn't meet the mark but was limited as need m4 sized fixings.

Awful for Internal Bathroom Moulded Doors
Every single one broke on tightening. I even tried the gentlest of screwdriver turns and they still broke. The metal they are made from is really weak and unfit for purpose. In the image you will see only the tops as the backs are inside my hollow bathroom door. It should also be noted that the screw thread on the bolts stops short of the head of the bolt. This means that you have the added problem of not knowing the depth of the internal door material you have just drilled through and whether the lack of thread will be an issue. If your door material is thin then the bolt comes off the thread and spins loosely meaning it cannot be tightened further. As it happens I also purchased the anchor bolt tool which is probably advisable given the weakness of the anchor metal. These are likely suitable for plasterboard. Electric drill and drill bit for metal required for removal of failed anchors. A fully threaded stainless steel bolt kit may be useful for thinner materials by swapping out the original bolts before fully tightening. If you want these to fit flush in your door a round grit ball or rebate tool for your electric drill will be advised as these stand proud of the surface otherwise.

Useful if you have a small cavity
We have a collection of different hollow wall anchors. These are the shortest available so if you have a very narrow cavity behind the plasterboard, these are very useful.
