I love this camera. But it does have flaws. I love the big screen. I HATE how loud it is when you have the music/white noise playing. Can’t even hear your baby over that! You have to have the camera very high up to be able to see almost the entire crib. I like to be able to see the whole crib. The picture quality is not the best but could be worse. It’s also not very loud. So if you are asleep and want to know if your baby is kinda whining this may not be the best because it’s hard to hear sometimes. I have had mine glitch with the sound bar a few times. But other than all of that I like this camera and will continue to use until I don’t need it anymore or until it breaks. It would be nice if the cords were a little longer since you have to mount it so high up.

Our old baby monitor stopped working/charging, and we needed to upgrade. We purchased this baby monitor because it is not Wi-Fi enabled - which was a non-negotiable for me. The monitor itself is HUGE compared to what we were previously using, and the battery life is amazing. This was one of our best purchases/upgrades so far! We have had no issue with the camera quality, or picture clarity, the motion detection is spot on, I love that it gives us a temperature reading for both rooms, and for under $200.00 this is a great value!

Night vision was the sore thumb on this product but my husband and I were able to resolve the issue by placing the cameras closer to the crib and toddler bed. We originally envisioned more of a full room view but the quality of the night vision when the camera is far away is just not useable. Too gray and fuzzy. Again, moving the cameras closer fixed this problem and we now love this system. The night vision quality is still not on par with other systems we have used in the past that provide less lag and greater contrast for a clearer image but it’s incredibly manageable and we can see all we need to see. Features we love: the volume can be very low which makes it nicer to have on all night, the one button switch between cameras, the mountable cameras, the price for a 2 cam system. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I love this monitor! We originally got one that connects to our phones but we had a lot of trouble with the connection and time delay. Since we have gotten this monitor we have had no issues! The picture is VERY clear and there is no time delay. The volume goes up loud enough for me to hear also. I love that you can set the temp on it so it warns you if the room gets too hot or cold! The battery does not last as long as I would like when it is not plugged in but everything else is worth it! I just plug it in when it’s not in use and have no problems then!

Edit: I originally gave this one star because an item was missing. It was very easy to get a replacement shipped and label for the return. It was user error!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I found the “missing”part. It was there all along. I really like this monitor. Only thing I don’t like is that it turns off after 10 sec. It will turn on to noice but I don’t think it is sensitive enough to noice for what I use it for. And it doesn’t detect motion, for some reason I thought it did. Overall I am pleased with it.

Disappointing! I bought this to replace the same model that I have had for several years now because I really liked it. However the picture quality on this is someone worse than a much older one. The night vision is blurry, and I can’t even barely see my baby. Save your money and get something else! The disappointment makes my mom heart sad.

The monitors are a great idea as you can see and hear the baby. I really like you can bring the screen with you, but the battery doesn’t last very long so if you get busy and for get to plug it in the next day the screen is dead even though the screen goes to sleep mode. The camera has a very good picture but, it is so zoomed in that you loose most of the room there is an adjuster for the zoom but even with the zoom brought all the way out you only have a limited area on camera. It’s ok for his room when he starts napping in his room as all you can see is his crib, but for the living room when he starts moving I will want to purchase another product so I can have most of the living room in camera.

Finally found a good one! This is my 4th baby monitor in 5 years and I’m happy I found a good one. Biggest issue with monitors is battery life and parent units that only work when plugged in and/or have plug in issues. My last two wouldn’t hold a charge and the charger breaks so you have to wiggle it to make a connection. This has a solid metal plug that fits into hole so not an issue with this one. It holds a charge overnight if I forget to plug it in. The monitor is huge! Video quality is adequate, most importantly the audio is great and you can talk to kids though it. Zero issues connecting with the cameras that are on a different floor on different sides of house. The patrol mode is great it switches from my daughters room to my twins room every 8 seconds or can set it to view just one room. Better than the Motorola, infant optics and lollipop cam we tried previously. As another reviewer stated you have to have the camera pretty far back to visualize the whole crib and it doesn’t pan like the infant optics but that’s fine for my needs. Great purchase

We have had this monitor for over two years now and have nothing but great things to say. We own a 10 acre acreage and this monitor stays connected anywhere on the property. We keep the monitor plugged in while not in use and have had no trouble with battery life. I can not recommend this monitor enough if you live in the country or like to go camping!

Would not recommend. I have heard good reviews on vtech monitors however I am very disappointed in this product. One of the cameras is extremely blurry (see photo). You also cannot pan from the monitor, you have to manually move the camera. As seen in the photo we are unable to view the whole crib with the camera mounted as high as possible, and we can’t pan to see the very top or bottom of the crib.
