The whole story as well as the sincere and humorous acting. Saw the film as a child with my mum and dad who have since passed it brought back loving meories of a time gone by.

Great memories on the DVD - well worth a look for those who enjoyed the era. Great music was around at the time and it has been very enduring. People who went through the period when they were young enjoy looking back on the memories and this DVD is one such product that lends itself to this. The life of Glenn Miller is a mixture of tragedy and success - the kind of story people enjoy reliving over again. Bing Crosby is still a household name in many instances, as are many other musicians who found fame at this time.
