Wow. Beautiful and rugged, weighing in at just over 6 ounces, this is one of the most beautiful timepieces I've owned, and I've had Chronosport, Tag-Heuer and others, all in the same price range. It's big - approximately 1.75" wide, from edge to tip of the crown. If you have small wrists, you may want to look at the women's version - it's large as well.Looking like satin-finished gold, it's great as a dress watch or classy casual watch. It just screams quality. I have a cheaper watch from another brand that I wear when I'm working in the yard, etc. It's about the same size - but half the weight. Everything on this watch is beefed up, but Movado still manages to keep it looking elegant. Water proof to 99 feet, you can safely swim and shower with it. The band has a unique double catch that is very comfortable and does not pinch.I resized my band with a paper-clip held in a pair of needle-nose pliers. Only took a couple of minutes and easy to do if you're the slightest bit handy. There are arrows on the underside of the links indicating the pin removal direction.Other notable points: Two year warranty for defects, crown is not locking, but seals when pushed in. Bracelet is finished over the entire surface. The bracelet has 10 full sized segments and two half sized ones. Five of the full sized segments and both half sized ones can be removed for sizing. I included a photo of the men's and women's watches side by side - as you can see, the color and styling are almost identical.This is a magnificent timepiece that you'll be thrilled to own!

Beautiful watch. looks great

The Movado watch is beautiful, elegant and sophisticated. No complaints there.However, the black box it came in was damaged and of a lessor quality.

WOW. It is simple beautiful. What a spectacular timepiece. It is a definite conversation starter.The Bold Gold Movado has a large face and beautifully crafted bracelet. The bezel is simple and sleek.The color isn’t too brash or overwhelming. To be a solid gold watch (the entire thing is gold, the bracelet, face, bezel, etc), it isn’t too gaudy. It is streamlined, simple and elegant.It makes a statement without making a statement.It has the traditional Movado style (dot at the 12 o’clock hour).There are no numbers on the face, but you can clearly tell what time it is.It has a double clasp that secures the watch.It is water resistant. I personally wouldn’t swim, dive or take a shower in it.While pricey, I think this is a definite must have for the modern businessman. It would also make a nice gift (anniversary or birthday) for that special someone in your life. My husband smiles whenever he looks at it.

This is by far the nicest watch I have ever owned. I received the gunmetal version last year as a gift and ever since I have being eyeing the gold one. I am a very big fan of the bold series Movado has created and will probably be soon looking at another colour soon. If you want something classy and a little flashy this is the best bet for you. The watch was delivered at the estimated date and was in perfect condition. Definitely worth the price tag.
