Perfect functionality at an amazing price
I'm very happy with these glasses. And the price! It took no time to switch out the battery and get them powered up. (The installed battery is a dud. You have to put in one of the two "spares" that comes in the package.) There are 3 different nose pieces to choose from - they change the size and fit of the glasses. I wear everyday glasses so the fit was very important to me. There is no issue with them fitting over my glasses. I know that the higher-end 3D glasses are getting smaller and narrower but for me these large'ish glasses are best. I have a different style of 3D glasses for my computer monitor and they are narrower. The Xpands have a greater field of view because they don't cut across the top of my everyday glasses. (This will probably only make sense and matter to people who wear glasses all the time.) They don't feel heavy either. When I sat down to enjoy my very first 3D movie on my new TV, the wait was totally worth it. The picture was incredible. After a few minutes I totally forgot I was wearing two pairs of glasses. In fact, I didn't remember I still had the Xpands on until I went to the kitchen and they switched themselves off automatically.I've heard complaints about the lenses in shutter glasses being too dark, but that isn't my experience. There was one interesting thing...One time, I had the lights off and the curtains closed while viewing so the room was fairly dark. At one point, the dog moved the curtain which was on my left. As the light came through, I could actually see the shuttering/flicker just out of the corner of my left eye. After the curtain was replaced, it was business as usual.I recommend these 3D shutter glasses highly.

Works fine, but it's not quite comfortable
I've got an Epson 5010 (fantastic image) and bought three diferent 3d glasses: Epson, Panasonic and this Expand. They all works fine, so the comfort of use is the most important for me. Expand is the less comfortable. Epson is better, and Panasonic is MUCH better (I would give it 5 stars).

Does not work with some TVs. Check their Web site.
These glasses would not work with my Panasonic VIERA TC-P50ST60 TV. Their web site says that the signal transmitted by the Set is not support. I returned the glasses.

good valuem
Good value for price. Really nice not having to recharge. Not too heavy. Lose a lot of light but this is true of all active 3D glasses.goo

Great Choice for Older IR-based Panasonic 3D TVs and Projectors
These IR-based 3D glasses synch quickly and work well with older Panasonic IR-based 3D TVs and Panasonic's PT-AE7000U and PT-AE8000U 3D projectors. Just put in a battery, select one of the three nose-pieces (included), press the button on the bottom to synch and sit back and enjoy the 3D. They are fairly light and comfortable and are large enough to fit over prescription glasses. The battery compartment lid is a little snug - it helps to pry up slightly while sliding the panel down in order to access the compartment. The glasses come with a small instruction manual, 2 CR2032 batteries (each one is supposed to last for about 40 hours of active use) and a cloth bag to store the glasses when not in use.If you've got a Panasonic 3D TV from 2012 or later, which uses RF/Bluetooth 3D Glasses, then these IR-based glasses will *not* work for you. But if you've got a 2010 or 2011 IR-based 3D TV from Panasonic (e.g. models with the following codes: GT24, GT25, GT30, DT30, ST30, ST34, VT20, VT25, VT30), or the PT-AE7000U or PT-AE8000U projector, these glasses make an excellent choice. I tested the glasses with the PT-AE8000U projector and verified that they work as expected.

Great glasses, great price
Bought em for my father in law for his birthday. He has been talking about getting 3d glasses for that tv for 2yrs, so i took the initiative. Easy to set up/sync up. They work good, comfortable, light, its just hard to tell if they are on or not.He was BLOWN AWAY by the 3d, i on the other hand didnt find the 3d all that impressive. Nothing is wrong with the glasses, i guess i just expected like, more depth or more 3D-ness. I thought it would be like seeing avatar in the theatres in 3d.NASCAR races looks pretty sick in 3d but i dont really care for them. But again, its not my glasses or my tv, and if father in law loves em, then they get a 5star review. :)
