Edward & Sons Low Sodium Not Chicken Bouillon Cubes, 2.5 oz

Wonderful product. Tastes great.

A good bouillon is hard to find because so many of them are loaded with dried herbs and pepper flakes. I like a bouillon flavoring that does not add tiny texture to the pot, and Edwards & Son has an excellent consistency. It melts in hot liquid, is easy to add to a pot of soup, stew, stir-fry, Buddha Bowl. Simple ingredients, clear consistency, great flavor ... this is what we want in a vegetarian/vegan ingredient! I keep Not Chick'n and Not Beef in my cabinet at all times. In my picture, I used Not Beef in the mushroom gravy .

Not much chicken flavor.Not salty, which is a good thing.They work better for flavoring things like green beans than for having a cup of soup.Very expensive.We wouldn't buy them again despite the low sodium.

Package came perfectly, I love to use this low sodium vegetarian/vegan bullion and is near impossible to find in stores anymore as all they have is the regular version which is very high in sodium

It's low in sodium and I can't tell that it not made for chicken. Very versatile. The price is good.

This tates good and is a great vegetarian option, but I ordered it in May 6, 2022 and the Best by Date is June 13, 2022. I doubt if it immediately goes bad on that date but it is disappointing. So unless you plan to use this at least once a week I would suggest you look locally for something with a longer shelf life.

Great flavor, makes excellent vegan soups, chili, sauces and gravy.Also easily makes a delicious savory broth to sip.

Really great but has palm oil and my sister has informed me to avoid palm oil as it comes with negative ecological impact.
