Does not work at all
I could smell the scent on the disk when I opened the package but when I plug it into the outlet, I smell nothing. If i unplug it and bring it to my face, I can smell it. I really love the scent, it just isn't strong enough to make my jeep smell like anything at all. I have a small 2 door Jeep, too, so it isn't like Im expecting to smell it throughout a huge car/SUV.

Smells wonderful and the charm is pretty but...the aroma only lasts a week or two. Way too expensive for a little bauble.

Lasts forever
My first time buying a plug-in fragrance but I love it! I love the Pink Sands scent and usually buy the ones that hang from your rear view mirror and they always suck. Half the time there's no smell right from the get go. But this one smelled strong, fresh, and it's lasting forever! Plus you can adjust the level. Love it!

Not that impressed
The car must be on in order for the item to warm up and send out a scent. Barely ever notice the scent. Disappointed because I love this brand and fragrance.

Does not work even though light is on and set on high!
Love the smell and the brand BUT this particular product does not work for me. I am pretty disappointed as I had searched for quite a while for a good air freshener. I was very excited by the choice of scents and the product structure. I purchased this in Aug of last year and the scent disk is literally untouched. The light indicates that it is on and the switch is turned to high, nothing! I've tried several things such as reassembling it, changing plugs, turning it to low and high and off and on again, even 2 diff positions in my car, horizontal and diagonal, still nothing!!! It remains looking new and unused. Tbh, a replacement unit may be necessary or a replacement of a diff style of dair freshener.

Leider war das (original verpackte) Teil defekt. Es leuchtet zwar blau, wenn man es einsteckt, aber es duftet wirklich überhaupt nicht. Es funktioniert schlichtweg nicht.
