Yes, they are natural rocks, so they are meant to withstand heat.

Is this safe for fish?

Don't EVER use any chemicals (including bleach) for anything that will be used for an aquarium. Rinse in hot water and only use items that have never been treated with any chemicals to scrub with. Fish and aquatic species are super sensitive to anything toxic and if you want to keep them alive you have to think natural and no chemicals.

are these okay to use for a reptile tank?

I'm not sure of the stipulations for a reptile tank. I purchased them for a craft. They were very clean with no dirt or powders clinging to them. They were "grape-size"; some bigger some smaller. There weren't a lot of sharp edges. They were mostly smooth with soft edges. I hope this is helpful.

Would these stones work With grout as the floor in a shower?

I think they would work, they are very lovely stones. But it would be very time-intensive since they are smaller sized.
