This is the perfect size and does everything it says it will. After dozens of uses, the pan's finish is still non-stick, it has stayed flat, heats evenly and is easy to clean. I love this pan. I use it for all kinds of tarts, as well as cheesecakes and quiche.

Nice item, will not change shape when heating it up

I made my first Fruit Tart after being on vacation and purchasing 2 from local grocery stores at expensive prices. The pans came in 3 sizes, 9”, 10”, & 12”. We were having company for the 4th of July, so the 12” pan was the winner! The tart came out with ease and it cooked beautifully, like the recipe indicated. I look forward to using all 3 sizes!
