EXCELLENT BOOT DRYER, SO I BOUGHT A 2nd!
These are very handy and work excellent! I do a great deal of deer hunting in NY and Pa and travel a good deal for hunting during those seasons. If my boots are wet, it can make for a cold and miserable hunt, so whenever I am at a palce with electricity I used to take my large stand up traditional boot dryer, whihc was a PITA. When I saw these I had to try them. Once I tried them, I ordered another pair ASAP! Now both me and my son can have dry feet every morning of our hunts and 2 of these still take up less room than my old stand-up boot dryer!

These work very well. Last winter hubby and I used these all thru the cold days. Keeps house shoes snuggy warm ready for our return at night and keeps the work shoes dry and warm for the next morning. Wonderful product. We kept 2 sets plugged in thru the cold months. Will get them out again this Winter.

Nice boot heaters, dry pretty well with some care.
It's just a heater, not active circulation element (fan), so it's not so much a dryer as just a heater. It will dry your boots of course, but don't think it's actually creating active circulation. That said, it works well so far. I use this on my motorcycle boots on rainy days, and it has done a good job of drying them during my work day so they're dry for my commute home. They get pretty hot, but it doesn't feel hot enough to melt any glue, or damage the boots themselves.I highly suggest removing the insoles from the boots before putting these in as they fit very tight with the insoles in. These need to have some space around them in the boot in order to create some convection currents to carry the moisture out of the boot. They have done a good job of heating the boot enough for the outside to dry too. If the boots were sopping wet, then I totally believe it would take more than overnight to fully dry them. Mine have dried within my 8hr work day after I could feel a little bit of squishy water feeling in the toes, and taking the insoles out so there's room for air to flow around it.From the other reviews, it sounds like there may be some part to part variation in how much heat these actually put out, so some of the negative reviews here may be valid, but mine heat well and I think do a good job. They of course won't be nearly as good/fast as the floor standing boot dying products that have fans and heaters in them, but these are pretty good for throwing in my backpack and taking with me on the motorcycle to dry my riding boots both at home and at work.I'd buy these again, and until something goes wrong with these, I'd buy these again considering the low number of negative reviews compared to other boot warmers on Amazon.

Does not last long!!!
Worked fine for 10 days then just stopped working. I gave it 2 stars because it did actually reduce the odor in my work boots.

Junk.
Mens Size 7-13 is way too small. I wear size 11 and the dryers are half the size of my shoes. Doesn't get hot enough to dry. Takes almost two hours to get up to temp. I have leave them plugged in 24/7 so they're always at their peak temperature. The UV light isn't the right wavelength to kill germs, so it's just a gimmick not even good enough to be a nightlight.

I bought these for travel and camping
They don't disappoint. They get good and warm, plus they do dry your boots/shoes. I bought these a long time ago, and they're still working great.

I used it to dry my hockey skates. The dryer helped a lot especially during the summer hockey camp that I attended, but it died after 4 months of using.

Cheap and gets the job done
Cheap and gets the job done. It's not going to dry your shoes/boots in an hour but if you let it go while you sleep your shoes will be nice and dry in the morning.Very simple. No trouble after several months.
