Solid piece of aluminum used it to fill space in grille guard coated it with herculiner and applied it, looks great, I did have to cut it to size with a dremel

I used this perforated aluminum sheet to make lower grill guards for my new Ford Maverick. I have learned from past vehicles with low grill openings that they tend to allow stones (especially from chip and seal roads to bash the condenser/radiator. A simple guard really protects it. This panel is heavy, the black finish is very nice, and the oval perforations clean. Easy to cut with tin snips and looks awesome. Great quality product!

I used this grill for a custom radiator cover. Worked out well. Product is sturdy and of good quality.

package came bent (..big "do not bend" stickers, but...) so it lost a star, but the mesh is good quality.

Didnt use it in an automotive application but it was exactly what i needed to finish a grill on my home built computer project. The gauge of the metal was just right.

Looks Awesome. Hood for my 67 Camaro. Definitely custom look. Mesh is easy to work with and looks great.

Ordered this Monday night and showed up 2 days early on Wednesday. Material is much more sturdy than I had anticipated although you need to be careful not to scratch the finish. This size is plenty of material to do the grille, side insert, and the bumper insert on my 2010 Tacoma TRD Sport. I just hope there's enough left over to do the hood scoop too. I'll update when I find out.
