Great price and product! Have been using for a few month now and it helps me sleep a lot better.

I love Irwin Naturals! I use several of their supplements, I’ve not had any stomach issues with this complex or any of their other supplements. I just started taking these about a week ago but have already noticed feeling more energized.

Really helps with fighting fatigue!

We've ordered Mega B-Complex for a couple years now with no problems until now. The last purchase we made was on 9/15/2020, received our order on 9/20/2020. Capsules were fine, but towards the end of the first bottle, my husband noticed that a capsule was wet, figured that one of them must have burst, so threw away the remainder of bottle. Went to open the second bottle and the all the capsules were covered in oil!!!! See photos. All were ruined!!! Couldn't believe it! Too bad our window for returning had already closed. We had to throw out the whole bottle!!!! Didn't want to take the chance of getting sick. NOTE: The Expiration date on the bottle shows Feb. 2022-----So what happened to these two bottles are mind blowing, especially since they're so expensive! Read some of the comments, found that others have come across the same situation we have. Won't be ordering from here again! Don't waste your money!

This is a favorite brand of mine for supplements of extremely high quality. The B-Complex is very good despite the smell because once you swallow them there is no aftertaste and no unpleasant burping. My issue however, is that my bottle arrived with several capsules ruptured. The oily, smelly contents was all over every single other capsule, so I spent two months with the residue and stench on my hands. Despite that I give it 4 stars and I would try one more time because of the high quality of their products over all. I might add that my B-6 and B-12 levels are now back at a level that made my doctor smile!

They don't smell or taste that great and I think one of the capsules must have come open cause many of the pills were wet. But really, do many supplements actually smell or taste that great? They smell like beef jerky. I definitely noticed an increase in my energy. I go to the gym a few times a week, and run and bike a few times a week and I really think that these helped maintain the energy I needed to stay that active as a 45 year old. I've even tried other vitamin B supplements and haven't felt as much energy boost as I do with these.
