I bought this item as a yankee swap gift the the family swap and my sister ended up with it. Aside from the nostalgia factor of this mug, which gives it an extra star it was a fun item to give and receive for all who may have watched Mister Rogers as a child. This is a great gift for yankee swap or for someone that is a fan!

I've had it for a month now and the decal has not come off. If you buy this mug, don't put it in the dishwasher and don't use a sponge on the outside. If you have to, rinse it with cold or lukewarm water.

I gave this to my husband for his birthday. He LOVED it! I found out why you're not supposed to submerge it, though 😬 I did by accident & Mr. Rogers' sweater peeled off. I need to buy another one before my husband asks about it lol. It's a really great mug for Mr. Rogers fans (who isn't?) & our kiddo enjoyed watching his sweater turn color!

This is a really nice mug. It's large, feels sturdy, and the printing of the pictures and quotes is clear and bold. This is my second of these mugs (the first had an unfortunate fall). It's fairly important not to dishwash the mug since it does cause the printing to flake and impacts how well the sweater/shirt changing piece works. Overall, I love it. It makes the beginning of every day better,

I am very happy and pleased with their amazing customer service.After only one week of use (not used daily, so only about 3 times) I am sad to report the lettering is fading and flaking off. I noticed it this morning while hand washing only after every use, never placed in dishwasher or microwave. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the item since it’s a little pricey as far as coffee mugs are concerned.

Love this mug, great design, fun color change! Unfortunately not at all dishwasher safe. Totally peeled apart when my son put it in the dishwasher (I should be glad he's helpful though!) so I bought a second one because I loved it so much.

Very disappointed in the quality of this product. Even though the design and packaging are very nice and charming, they should put more emphasis to communicate to the customer that this product is NOT meant to be used as a regular coffee mug. The paint around the mug falls RIGHT OFF after you wash it for the first time. If you look at my photo, mine went from "Mr Rogers" to the "Mouth of Sauron" after ONE WASH. This product is meant to be used as just decoration such as a paper weight or a pencil holder. If you plan to use this coffee mug as a COFFEE MUG then look somewhere else.

The sayings are so WONDERFUL & heartwarming. It appears the saying are on a “sticker” that are placed on the mug. The manufacture didn’t perform this well. Parts of the clear adhesive were sticking up. My fear is that this will peel off when washed. Maybe I can give it as a gift with the warning to use as a pencil holder. I wouldn’t purchase again! FYI

This product was a gift. It looked exactly like the pictures...quality looks great. I have yet to hear what happens when the recipient washes it etc.!
