About ten days ago I just happened to think about Demos Shakarian and the title of this book. Back in the 1970's I used to attend Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship meetings. They were a real blessing!So, I was thinking about the title of this book and realized that I had never read it. I went online to see if I could find a copy because I felt impressed that God wanted me to read it.I found that it had been out of print for 30 years and had recently been reprinted and was also available digitally on Kindle. I couldn't wait to get a printed copy so I read a sample of the Kindle version. All that did was wet my appetite to read the rest of the book. So, I downloaded the Kindle version and could not put it down even though I was working about 12 hrs a day.What a book!What a Life!!What a story!!!I found this book to be so interesting, exciting, thrilling and wonderful that I've ordered 10 printed copies to give away to others. I promised a copy to my nephew yesterday. I'm thinking of others I want to share it with. I'm thinking of giving them away as Christmas gifts this year. I've also ordered some Smiley face buttons. The book has definitely made me a happier person!Of all the many books I've read, The Happiest People on Earth is one of my favorite. Everyone should read this book! We all need to hear the full, complete good news God sent to us. God is real and Christ is alive and the Holy Spirit is with us!

This book stirs up stifled dreams and long-muffled cries from the heart: "God, what is that special work you have for me?" For those of us who feel as though we have lurched through life like a pinball machine, this testimony of God's purposes being lived out through anyone who says "Here am I God. Send me!" is as riveting as it is inspiring.I am once again under full conviction that Almighty God will never share His Glory but will direct every obedient, willing heart with precision and exquisite strategy to bring His Kingdom to bear on this earth. His Plan, His Way. Through His beloved Son Jesus the Anointed One and His irresistable Holy Spirit. I loved it!! May this book fan into flame once again the desire to fulfil that Call of God we know we heard...

Expanded my faith and knowledge of how God works in unpredictable amazing ways. More than I am able to express in words but you will know what I mean once you read this book.

This was such an amazing book - very hard to put down! It follows the journey of Demos and his family from Armenia to America...with miracles all along the way. And that's just the beginning! Demos is a simple dairy-farmer that steps out in faith, holding small evangelistic rallies...that grow to huge meetings...then to a worldwide ministry to business men (and women). The power of God shows up, miracles happen, and lives are transformed. What's especially encouraging is the emphasis that anyone can be used by God as they allow Him to flow through their work, personality and giftings. Definitely a book I'll be reading again.

Are you looking for a book that you will maybe find humorous and then forget tomorrow? This is definitely not that book! This book will give you peaceful reassurance and will make you shed tears of joy! These people, they have more than an anthropological biography of a great move of God, but an enduring testimony that will reach the very core of the reader. You will find your struggles entwined with his struggles and rejoicing with each overcome obstacle. This book is a gem to be treasured!

The spirit of God is moving and the atmosphere is changing in our world. The story of Demos Shakiran and his family is a story of obedience and dedication to following the spirit of God. Definitely worth reading no matter where you are on your Christian journey.

A huge inspiration for all non Christians and perfect for all believers. I was reluctant to start reading, but once I had begun I found it difficult to put down. A truly wonderful book.

Self help and education brilliant

This proves to me that God wants to partner with us/me to see the lives of every man,woman and child saved. He will use any person who is willing to heed His call.

Super book; but in kindle format it appears to be missing words. Anyone have this problem?
