Microwavable Heating Pads Set of 2 Natural Moist Heat Pad for Back Pain, Neck and Shoulders, Nerve, Cramps, Lower Lumbar Relief

This moist heating pad works beyond expectation. After using several options for body heating, this is the best and most effective I have had so far. I live in Germany but The cost on Amazon.com was more reasonable and it was unfortunately more cost effective to purchase and ship from Amazon.com than buy the same item on Amazon.de. The delivery was fast and effective as everything arrived in good order and before expected delivery date. After using it for a while now, I must say I’m pleasantly pleased by the continuous moist heat it provides unfailingly. The weight is just right to keep it the pad in place and let the heat seep in. I use it to calm the pain radiating from my herniated disc cervical pain, back pain and sometimes sore sheen muscles. This size is perfect for the neck and the weight keeps it in place. The moist heat is highly efficient with a lasting effect on the muscles and nerves and without irritating to the skin (if you keep to the instructions). I find that I has to heat for at least one or 1.5 extra minutes to get my desired and tolerable heat level. I also find this “clay bead” option neutral and much better than the “grain options” in terms of smell with the grains options having an odor (eg lavender) that eventually becomes unpleasant over time. I also find this much better that the heating clay-paste pads (on plastic) which many physiotherapists tend to have and which don’t really make adequate contact with the body. I was convinced enough to willingly ship this twice from the US to germany which costed much. It would be nice to have it available on Amazon.de at an affordable cost.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered these. They provide a nice heat for a short time so you don't have to worry about skin discoloration from prolonged exposure to heat. I do find i have a to reheat it often, that's the reason for 4 stars, but I actually really like them and use a lot for back pain or neck pain.

These heating pads are perfect for my needs. Having two means I can put the heat in two areas at once. Soft and comfy. We'll constructed. I don't need ice so I can't address that. The heat, however, works very well in the microwave and, as in the instructions provided, one can heat it (only one pad works at a time) to the maximum advised. Or less. Which means that two areas needing heat can be on my body at once where different heat is needed. Excellent!

I love these heating pads! So convenient, no plug in, just microwave to desired heat, and can use anywhere on your body. This is my second order, the first purchase about 5 years ago! I’ve microwaved them probably more than 500 times for various injuries ( it was a bad few years). They still work good, but the beads inside, over time and microwaved, have shrunk and, although still effective, can’t quite hold heat the same length of time, nor is there moist heat anymore. However, still works great for heat. It would be nice if the pads had straps to hold in place, I use a scarf of dish towel, if needed. It’s a durable product, and quite useful! It’s great for anywhere you need heat!

Heating pads are a perfect size.can be used on neck , back, hands ,feet , elbow, knees etc.. Excellent for any aches and pains due to sports injuries or arthritic pain. Quality of product is excellent!! Does Not smell !!upon heating as other products I have tried do!!! My only advice is not to over heat.( as any microwavable product ) Be cautious with timing. Customer service is excellent! They stand by their product and warranty.

They don’t hold heat very long

I had shingles on my chest around my back and to my spine around a few months ago, but now I've been suffering with the nerve damage. I tried this heating pad and it's the right length to go from my chest under my arm and around to my spine. When I go to bed I wrap it around me and it puts me to sleep. I love the moist feeling it gives me. This is exactly what I needed when I go to bed. No more pain. Bed time is my favorite time. I'm at peace!.....thank you!
