Roof Mount/Mounted Power Attic Ventilator (Black)

Install was very easy. It came with thermostat and is very quiet. I installed a rheostat ahead of the T-stat to regulate the air flow. Works great, very happy with this purchase.

For my garage flat roof skylight this was a perfect fit. Wiring was easy and straight forward. The Thermostat worked and in less than an hour I had the vent fan drawing heat out of my garage. I will replace the other two skylights if this one works all summer.

I installed the fan for my house roof, which is located in a hot part of the country. The fan works well enough, but after a few months it picked up an annoying rattle that could be heard inside the house. I took the motor down and found that one of the rubber gaskets disintegrated. I installed a new gasket and reinstalled the fan. There is still a rattle but it is diminished. I wonder if the quality of materials used in the motor is just subpar.

I bought 2 of these, within the first month they both failed. They sent me another fan motor, within a month it stopped working. Terrible product and service

Great ventilator fan, perfect for roof, stable build, low profile, perfect size for any type of roof. Great build, come with mesh net around to protect from bugs or birds. The motor os fairly quiet and also comes with adjustable thermostat. Ready to use, just install ,connect the power, set the temperature you like either from 60 to 120 f. And let it do its job. I have noticed my attic is much cooler than before. Even I sometime go up there around noon , I still can hang around 10 -15 without much sweat.

Seems ok quality, I have had installed many other brands, mostly from Grainger/ most were crap. ( roofing contractor for 30-years)... noise is a lot more than I’m used to....I usually had to put some blue tape on unites to see from the ground if they were actually no or running.. this unit is To noisy... I wouldn’t buy again.
