If so, this is what you need for the sweet soy glaze for a lot of the recipes. Super tasty and you can’t go wrong with Kikkoman. I lived in Japan for over 4 years and Kikkoman was THE brand.

This is a great condiment for asian inspired food. Thicker & sweeter than regular soy sauce.

Very nice sauce for a variety of meats and vegetables! Not to heavy and bbqing with it is the absolute best thing ever. We are still experimenting with different ways to cook with it but they’ve all been great so far.

This sweet soy glaze is good for cooking the beef for some Banh Mi sandwich recipes. Just be careful what products you order it with. This bottle of sticky sauce was shipped loose, with no bubble or any wrapping, in a large box with bedding items. The top of the cap was broken off and cracked into several pieces in the box. Luckily the safety seal remained intact and a huge mess was avoided. Yet now the cap cannot seal it, once opened. Amazon , if you encourage shipping everything in one order on the same day (to save multiple delivery trips) please pack items in the box with more care. Thanks.
