Very well made and seems durable. Had an issue after 5 months and Grace Alley customer service took care of the issue. Great customer service and would highly recommend them!

I purchased the flag in July 2025, and was very pleased with the vibrant colors and look. Had a windstorm last weekend approximately three months into use, and it tore the flag up pretty good. They have a six month warranty, so I called the company and left a couple messages. It took a while, but I finally received a response and had a new flag mailed to me that week, honoring their six month warranty.

This is my third time purchasing a Grace Alley American Flag. On average, I get about 2.5 years of life out of each one before it needs to be replaced. That is solid for the price, especially when you factor in the brutal! winters we get in Minnesota, with heavy snow, strong winds, and freezing temperatures. The stitching holds up well, the colors stay vibrant for a long time, and the material does not fray nearly as fast as other options. The failure point is at the eyehole used to connect to the flag rope.
