Good information with easy to follow diagrams
I bought a roller locally. Then didn't know what other exercises I could do on it. This chart is easy to follow, diagrams clear. I can do many of the exercises that I need.

Printed on both sides
I like that the poster had the info printed both horizontally and then vertically on the flip side so it can be put up in either direction that best suits the space one may have available for it.

This is two sided
I wish this was a larger one-sided poster so I could put it up on the wall in my exercise room more easily. As is, I need to use clips and turn it to display exercises in the other side. Bummer. Lamination is heavy and flattens out nicely under some ironing over newspaper.

Product as advertised
Product is exactly as advertised. It offers great options to work with the foam roller. We purchased this for our new home gym and rotate this poster (along with the other posters) on a daily basis attached to our dry erase board. It works perfectly and allows us the opportunity to workout differently each week.

Every possible workout you have heard of and ones you have not are on these posters which are easy to read and understand. Great idea and execution.

Quality Poster...
Quality poster but the print/graphics are pretty small. Probably not a problem for younger eyes, but anyone over 40 is likely to struggle with that, as I did. May be less of an issue if the poster is hung at eye level and you can get close (within a couple feet) to it, but if it must be displayed at a distance or high up, forget about it! Just sayin'
