They are replacing the entire cup. Had to provide photo proof of the issue. **Q: what is the difference between the autoseal westloop and the snapseal?** A: Don’t know what the other one is but a snap seal means you basically snap it down and it locks shut. And no spilling. **Q: how is this different from the older model?** A: I don't think it is different. It is the same as the one I lost; that is why I ordered it.
