The pen is heavy duty, comes with back-up batteries and pen cartridges and I would have rated much higher if it worked as advertised and I didn't get the run around from customer service. The pen came with the striker installed and the bottle opener head off to the side. I don't know if they have had a bad run of pens at the factory, because I've seen this note in other reviews, but the striker cannot be removed. I even took pliers to the thing. Wrote the seller on amazon and they just said to go view an online video.I am still happy with the pen because I bought it to store in my car 99% for the window breaker and the fire starter and they both definitely work. Just don't count on the bottle opener when purchasing.Sometimes you get bad reviews from people who can't figure out which way a battery goes in the device, which is why I moved forward on this purchase reading the other reviews. This is not one of those cases.

1) The cheap led light is NOT "very bright"2) The fire stick is just a thin veneer of coat over metal, I know because see #33) After an hour, I was still unable to detach the fire stick. It and the 2-1 tool are NOT "interchangable".It's basically a pen with a cheap light. The included key tool is more useful.Do not recommend.

Missing the key/fire striker.. probably would have given 5 stars if parts weren’t missing.. I’m getting tired of companies like this on Amazon always short cutting by not sending what they advertise.. it happens too often and it’s really a hassle to keep sending items back

This could be a lot better of a product but it leaves a lot to be desired. The bottle opener attachment doesn’t actually attach to the pen unless you take the ferro rod off. Many people said they had problems getting the ferro rod off but didn’t look at the threads on the bottle opener. They are left hand threads. Came right out and the bottle opener threaded right in. As others have stated, what is the point of having spare parts you have to carry around and will lose in no time. The flashlight is super dim and won’t work for much other than maybe looking in a backpack at night or trying to look under furnature. The ferro rod is made cheaply and doesn’t throw much of a spark. The other issue I have is the ferro rod is the part under the glass breaker cap and the pen is threaded into the other end. You can’t turn this around and make the pen easier to access which is what I was hoping for. I carry a tactical pen on a leather belt organizer but it doesn’t have a cap so I’m always getting pen marks on my hands and my shirts. I like that the pen isn’t exposed but it’s a bit of a pain to flip it around. This could be designed so much better but what do you expect out of Chinese junk at such a cheap price.

Light dont work even changing to a new battery it didnt work

If you could get to the pen easier and store the cap when using the pen it would be great

Versatile, these tatical/survival type pens should include a sheath. My ISPANDY Box wasn't sealed. Shipping it had emptied the components and became hide and seek within Amazon's box.With that said. Fit and finish are good. Threading is tight. Overall quality is pretty good.

How much worse can this product be? Not all pieces can be put together. I mean who buys this and can carry the bottle opener on your person to interchange and use. But shocking the bottle opener won't even connect to the pen. The fire starter is fused to the pen and can't be removed. But still who wants to carry all these parts to actually use this tool if it would actually connect. Can't contact the seller there is no info on who even sells this. Sending this garbage back so do not buy it.
