I have tried and returned different variations of lumbar support pillows, but this one is right for me. It's like Goldilocks and the 3 bears. Some were too hard, some too soft and ahhh... one was just right. For me? It is just right. Where lumbar support contacts my back has been a game changer for me. I know it isn't suggested for a recliner, but that is where I use it. It keeps me from slouching and am able to read or watch TV with my hubby at night without having to pause what we are watching, so that I can walk around to relieve the pain. It has just enough of a wrap around to make it very comfortable for my personal needs.It is well made. It also appears to form to my back after a couple of days use. I am very happy with this purchase. It is well priced and worth the money.

If I could get this product at 25 I would give it 25 stars. I sit at a table where I paint artistic Cards and I often have to stop and get up because my back is either burning or I am in so much pain. I use a pillow behind me or something whatever I can find to help me but this is the best. It’s supports my lower lumbar spine where I need it the most I actually needed throughout my whole back fits on my chair nicely with the straps. I actually did stuff a little pillow behind it because I am so small that I don’t sit back into my chair but this support stupendous. I have so many back items to help me feel better and this one is the gold standard winner! Thank you thank you thank you!

Purchased this to help with low back pain. Seems to be doing the trick not to soft or overly hard. I find this comfortable to use.

Great fit for both office chair and car. It's flat enough that it's not uncomfortable when I use it while driving, but still provides support.

I feel a supports more of the lower back then the upper back I had to turn it upside down to support the upper back and force comfort is not really comfortable despite the foam material

I had a spinal fusion surgery (fused from T3 to L3) due to scoliosis and kyphosis about 5 years ago, and have had moderate back pain ever since. After purchasing this, I have been able to stay at my desk longer without having to take pain meds. It fits the shape of your spine and provides back support both right side up and upside down. Very versatile, which I like. I also use it in bed since I sleep on my side, and since using it, my muscles haven't been as stiff. However, I did wake up one day and it was pretty flat, but after leaving it alone for a few minutes, it bounced right back to its original shape. I'm able to go longer without pain thanks to this! 100% recommend this product—life changer.

Update: seller reached out and made the issue right which I appreciate.I’m disappointed because this is actually pretty comfortable and helped my back, but it is just so hot. There is a layer of plastic right under the fabric that makes my back sweat and it’s just gross. I find that if the car is hot, the pad is hot. If the car is cool the pad is cool, so not very helpful when it’s hot and I want it cold obviously
