Motherboard arrived dead.
I received this brand new device which I bought. The first issue I noticed was that the keyboard was not working. I couldn’t get help from the vendor as it was past the 30 days when I started setting it up for my user. So I had to call Lenovo. I sent the laptop over to have the motherboard replaced. I didn’t get it back for 3 months. It was brand new, and the motherboard arrived dead. What else can I say?
