So I bought this dress for my 35th birthday. This was the theme & everybody came in theme. I do recommend a size or two up. This dress was very tight on me when I worn it the regular way, I did end up turning it around and wearing it that way so that I could have more out up top in front that I wanted no one knew the difference lol I am 5’7 & 250lb I got the 3xl which is their 6xl

Very pretty dress. Lots of compliments. Do size up as these run small to US sizing and the fabric has zero give. It’s a good value for the money. Fabric is okay, better than expected for the cost. Worn it twice but only time will tell how it holds up. Washed it on delicate cycle and came out fine. Zipper works smoothly. Note dress slit is quite high.

These dresses do not have any give to them. I suggest buying a size bigger than you think you need, especially if it is the hip area that might be too small. My hips measure 47", so i tried the size 16. Way too small. The 18 was tight, as well, but i let the seams out, as far as they would go, and it worked for my needs. (no size 20 available) If you have a flat tummy, it may work fine to fit tighter, but i do not have one, so even though i measured a 16, and then ordered an 18, i do wish i could have gotten a bit bigger. The bust area on the 16 was perfect, and the 18 was too large. I took in the seam a little under each arm, and that helped enough. But, other than that: The fabric was beautiful, the brocade was completely through the fabric, and not just a print. The edge trimming was very pretty and the collar button beautiful. Please note that the slit on the side is quite high.

This dress was pretty and it fit beautifully, but it arrived with several ripped seams. I was wearing it for an event, and I didn’t have time to return it, so I sewed the THREE rips in the seams, but it barely made it through the night. It’s impossible to repair this material when it frays, and obviously, when buying a dress the expectation is that it will arrive in good condition.

I ordered a size larger than normal, as all reviews said the size ran small. I was concerned with the added weight I have put on, it might be too snug. It arrived and surprise, easily went on. It was looser than I thought it would be, but that is A OK. It was a special international dinner at our church, so there was room to eat. Lol. I was comfortable all night. The fabric is heavier than I would think which is awesome. It is a high quality dress and so gorgeous. The highlight of my night was after I put it on in the women's bathroom, some little girls came in, saw me, and caught their breath, then said "WOW!!!! Your dress is beautiful!" At my age, I am no longer used to reactions like that. It felt nice. I highly recommend this dress!

Needed a dress to usher in Lunar New Year party with traditional theme and was very hopeful this would work. First off, this is a pretty design in the traditional mandarin collar style in red and gold. With the right body, this would look great on. The material wasn't as cheap or think as I expected. Why I gave it three stars. Unfortunately, the fit is not true to size and all over the place. I ordered a 4 (M) and 6 (L) according to their size guide. The 4 fits like a 2 and if you have any slight curve, it doesn't fit over your head. The 6 fits like a size bigger and everything did not sit well but was able to get my butt and hips in and the top part ending up being super loose and unflattering. Additionally, the slit was much higher and more risque when you move. The waist is not cinched and would not accentuate your figure. For this price, I would not spend the money to tailor it to your fitting. I don't recommend ordering from this brand in this style.

My fiancee is a 3/4, athletic build and the dress fits absolutely beautifully! We purchased the size 6L. The design is elegantly tapered on the sides and freely allows sitting as well as standing quite comfortably! The zipper on the rear of the dress glides easily up and down The gold trim and embroidery give just the right amount of balance to make the pattern move freely and flowing. The underlying material glides across the skin effortlessly. This dress was an excellent investment to add to her wardrobe.

Good quality and true to size.

Normalerweise trage ich Größe 40 und habe durch die Rezensionen vor mir das Kleid bereits eine Nummer größer, also in Größe 42 bestellt. Obenherum sitzt das Kleid auch gut, am Bauch ist es jedoch vollkommen zu groß (entspricht eher einer Größe 46), wodurch sich dort sehr viele Falten schlagen. Dies wird zusätzlich verstärkt, dass das Kleid an den Beinen viel zu eng ist und daher auch noch nach oben drückt. Fazit: Es sitzt wie ein Sack! Ich habe nun dieses Kleid bei einer Schneiderin ändern lassen, da sich durch die fehlende Auslieferbereitschaft des Hermes-Boten die Lieferung über eine Woche verzögert hat, wodurch ich keine angemessene Alternative mehr bestellen konnte. Ihr Kommentar zu diesem Kleid: Schöner Schnitt, schöner Stoff, aber miserable Verarbeitung. Keine Naht ist wirklich gerade und auch am Reißverschluss ist die schlechte Verarbeitung zu sehen. Dafür ist mir das Geld echt zu schade und ich hätte es auch zurückgeschickt, hätte ich noch die Zeit gehabt, eine angemessene Alternative zu finden (Danke an Hermes dafür!)

read all previous reviews and worried re described very small fit. Last thing I wanted was a skin tight can't move in dress. I am a size 10uk, petite on top, hippy with a definitely not flat tummy. I ordered the 12 with 14 as back up suspecting even the 12 would be tight. Surprised the 12 actually fitted well, top around shoulders and arm hole not baggy at all and more importantly the hip, bum, tummy area skimmed but not too tight. Overall quality very good, beautiful colour and actually looks much more expensive than it was. Going for posh birthday dinner and this will make the evening even more enjoyable.
