At first glance they may appear a general, simple sneaker, but really they’re wonderfully unique and eye-catching. They certainly deserve that “Luxury” title.I’m a W 10 (25.5cm) and, with a little toe room, the size 9 fits excellent. With the removable gel insert and padded footbed they’re super comfortable and I can walk around in them all day. However, I think they could be a tad narrow for wide feet.UPDATE: After a couple more outings, wearing super low-cut socks, I noticed that the back was digging into my ankles. So, I advise wearing higher socks or using some barrier; stick-on gel strips are available and really great for this problem.Quality is top notch; definitely not “made in China.” The individual “scales” don’t lift or peel up (even if they do, that’s the beauty of leather) and everything is perfectly stitched together. Every detail is fabulous and I can tell the designer truly cared about their work. Even the laces match the snakeskin theme; they’re shiny and look a little scaly themselves.These sneakers will add some statement to any style and can pretty much be worn with almost everything (except maybe formalwear, but if you dig that -go for it!). I can’t wait to wear these with my shiny vinyl leggings or dress/skirt outfit:).However, as handsome as these “luxury” sneakers are, the price is a bit steep ($164 at this time). Although, if I personally had that kind of money in my shoe budget I’d still justify purchasing these.Overall, a beautiful well-made, solid shoe for both men and women. ### ⭐⭐ Stiff, Snug and Painful *by A***E on September 19, 2019* They look so good. The design of these shoes are sharp. I love the leather and the diamond pattern that is on these. I ordered these for me because I thought they looked great and I usually like wearing men’s shoes. They are just made so much better. These fit too snug for me to enjoy them. They are long and narrow. So narrow that they actually cause pain and blisters. The shoes are very stiff as well. There is no give at all and wearing them will not stretch them out. So there is no breaking these in. There is absolutely no tread on the bottom of these. So they might look really sharp but they are not practical or functional at all. These are really quite awful. I don't think I could even give these away. This is the first time that I have actually given such a low rating and a bad review.
