Very satisfied. But a little pricey.

So I've had stomach issues for 15 years. I've had colonoscopy's, endoscopy's, gastric emptying tests, and tons of blood work. I got diagnosed with gastroparesis and SIBO, but the doctors couldn't figure out how to fix me. Three things have made a massive difference. I take this every morning, I take digestive enzymes before each meal, and the last one, it's going to sound a little weird, but trust me on this, is taking a cold shower.My theory on all this is the connection to my vagus nerve. I've read that probiotics have ways to help your vagus nerve and so does cold showers. I started these and enzymes 9 months ago which significantly dropped my health issues, but it wasn't until I added the showers that things got to almost non existent levels. In 2 months since I do all 3 I've had 1 or 2 days where I was sick where it used to be 3-6 days a week. I still watch what I eat by cutting diary, nuts, processed foods and sugars, but I've even tried going crazy with cookies, pasta, and pizza with minimal issues. Hope this helps someone

This is a really good probiotic, coming from someone who has tried very many. I do not struggle with my digestion, but this improves it even more. It helps suppress my appetite, and overall makes my gut feel at ease. I would recommend

This item is to be refrigerated. The box clearly states to keep below a certain temperature. However it arrived in a brown package without any ice packs (which is how other companies ship this item when I ordered elsewhere).In addition, upon trying one of the probiotics, it has a terrible "musty" taste. This bottle is going to the trash. Thank goodness customer service provided a refund at my insistance because the item is otherwise not eligible for a refund. Buyer beware!
