Iwanted to choose the best phosphatidylserine supplement so I spent some timeresearching the options. Most phosphatidyl serine supplements contain onlyphosphatidylserine 300mg and differ in terms of number of capsules, source(from soy or from sunflower), price and presence or lack of fillers. For me drmaxwell had not only the best of these: soy free source, no fillers and 120vegetable capsules, but also bacopa monnieri - the best nootropic for memory -that makes the brand truly unique. After more than a month on dr maxwell I canreport that it is more effective than just phosphatidylserine and helps notonly with cognition but also with relaxation and better quality sleep. I canhonestly say this is the best of the phosphatidylserine choices!

My Husband has been using this product ( he is writing the review), "Alpha GPC with Choline+ Uridine" for a couple of months now and find them to be quite inline with expectations as suggested by current marketing. If improving your memory, recall, thinking and clarity along with repairing potential years of environmental damage, then this will lead you along the right path, In my opinion based on personal vast research etc.I had tried a couple of different brands prior to this and after I came across this product and the information shared through their website and blog I was both quite impressed and saddened to realize the inefficiencies of so many of the other products using "similar" ingredients but not quite hitting the mark due to the many varied forms that were not truly synergistic to what the intended outcome is.I frankly do not write reviews typically, however after coming across another advertisement promoting almost all the same elements this products contains but in lower strength and two to three times the money, I'd had enough. Cannot tell any difference. It is supposed to take 6 weeks for it work if it is going to.If it has worked ...the effect is very minor. It has been over 6 weeks.

I buy phosphatidylserine to help me with sleep because I have elevated cortisol levels. Bought this product as its description convinced me that it is better than just phosphatidylserine due to the synergistic action with bacopa monnieri. I can confirm that it indeed works better than phosphatidylserine alone. I am very happy to report also that I feel more focused, feel my brain is working more productively, and I remember more. I attribute this to the supplement. Excellent product at a fantastic price!
