This is the best packet pancake mixture I’ve ever had and why would you make your own when this is so easy and so delicious. Don’t get as many as stated so made some more and it might have been my portion size. Would highly recommend

Wrong instructions regarding water / batter ratio. The video says 125gms powder to 300ml water. That ratio is practically all water. We found that an equal amount of mix to water works much better but they don’t stay flat and wrinkle around the edges. They are also somewhat leathery so I won’t buy again.

We bought this mix for shrove Tuesday this year. This mix tastes really nice and is a great way of just being able to portion out just one or two crepes or a greater number if needed. We were worried with a dry mix and no extra fats that these crepes would stick but this wasn't the case. Don't be put off by the fact that the mix looks thin too, it works very well.

Almost no flavour. Bought to make waffles. Admittedly waffles never have much flavour. Have added dried egg, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon to improve the taste. Will continue to use up the bag but will not buy again.

I am on my second pack of these. They are easy to make and create lovely crepes. Happy with this purchase!

Really good product, easy to use and provides a fluffy texture to final crepes. I prefer to tune the flavour by adding an extra pinch of salt, some sugar and vanilla extract.
