It fits, but I ended up using the screw from the original base of the monitor to mount it to the adapter. The screw head on the screw that came with the VESA Mount Adapter is not very large for the slot in the adapter plate for the monitor arm. The screw that attaches the monitor arm to the original circular base plate has a much larger head on it. **Q: Does this work with mx27uc monitor?** A: Yes, this fits the MX27UC **Q: Will this fit vz229h monitor?
