Will it work both in India (220V) and US? (has 110 V and 50-60Hz option?) How is it for hair removal from armpits and abdomen?

I'll say .. that Don't go for any epilator. I was so fascinated about epilator so I purchased it. But believe me.. I have hardly used it twice or thrice in last one year that too when I'd recently purchased it. It's painful more than waxing.. and the area you are talking about would me much more painful. Apart from pain, Removing hair with epilator takes long time... So you will have to bear pain also for long. Waxing is best, less painful and less time taking. I regret wasting 4k rupees in this product. It is rotting in my cupboard. I'll not recommend this product to anyone. Next choice is yours. Pardon me for my bad english.

Can this be used on the face

I have used it many times on the face. Leaves it red for a while but that subsides after a while . But its a little big, so for convenience I bought a face epilator

Can this be used for upperlips?

It shouldn't be used on upper lips as per instructions but I use them occasionally (then I use a normal eyebrow plucker over this for perfection).
