Oh my, what a great tool in the fight against stiffness in body caused by lumps of muscles. You know those areas like on back of legs where when you run your fingers over it feels like gravel. Well, I originally got the idea to get one for myself after my Physical Therapist used one on me for tightness I had on my butt and legs from not being as active as I used to be. I’m not going to lie, it HURTS SO GOOD literally because these are muscles that have clumped together and weren’t used to moving. Just be careful when using the tool so you don’t make things worse. I knew how to use from watching my PT doing it on me. I also discovered you can just use the tool on top of your clothes, no need to use a lubricant like you normally would. This makes my quality of life MUCH BETTER after each use because it loosens up tight, lumped muscles. I highly recommend this product to ANYONE!

I am an old PT.. and myofascial release is critical to get the chronic pain in those tendonosis issues. My power curls started causing "tennis elbow" and chronic pain because of poor healing... so I got this to work out the tissue in my forearm and reduce strain on my elbow. Work in one direction... and do this often to help breakdown knots and tight tissue. It HELPs... trust me... just do it consistently and reduce the strain when flaring up. I love this product. The price is great. It is a great shape and feel in the hand. Good smooth side and corner to work out those tough spots. Comes with a storage case... is smooth and shinny.... juts like those expensive versions. I researched these for a while before spending my money on this one. Worth it! Happy owner and user.

Helps to break up muscle tension and relieves the pain.

I was looking for an affordable replacement for my GT-4 that was stolen and chose to give this a try and it has been great so far. It is light on the therapist's wrist and has multiple sides for use. All sides are double bevel which is great for different types of strokes (if you took Graston course you know what I am referring to). Very happy customer.

Great for breaking up scar tissue after hand surgery. Easy to clean.

Have this a good test run on different body surfaces. It gets the job done if you're needs are for at home self-care. I worked in Physical Therapy and the therapists would use Graston/ Guasha for fascia work. This tool does the trick if you're taking care of small aches and know what your are doing. It's double beveled so you can go in all directions with ease. The pointed end allows you to get into knooks and crannies like your interosia of the foot. It's also nice that the tool has a concave and convex edge giving you lots of ways to use it. It's a bit small to grip for large lubricated hands but still manageable. The finger grooves definitely help. Although inside edges where you hold can be a bit rough, still not a deal breaker for me. You can't beat this price, it comes with a cover for safe storage. One knik and the tool becomes useless. Be cautious how you use this, do look up professional tutorials and it's best to consult your physical therapist. Good luck working your pains away.

Good quality material. I really like the edges of the massage tool. Used it several times and appears to be effective on areas of pain. The only thing I dislike is the way the grip areas of the unit is made. It does not accommodate better gripping and holding. I basically have to hold the unit as if it were a single solid gliding tools. The finger openings are not properly designed for grasping with the fingers through the openings. I would not buy again or recommend and would look for something with a better grasping holding design.
