I am newly obsessed with workout pants that have pockets, and I wanted a pair of shorts that didn't ride up my bum when I squat and these are perfect! I'm 5'1", 113 pounds with an athletic build and the small fit perfectly.These are nice and high waisted and fit snugly but not tight. They don't dig in or leave any marks on my skin, and they don't create and muffin top or unflattering bulge. The material is nice and thick and they are not see-through at all, even when bending over or squatting. No sweat marks either! I only have black so that's something to watch for in other colors, but the material seems thick enough that it shouldn't be a problem.I'm happy to say that these also didn't ride up at all, even on leg day. I never had to adjust my shorts once! These are perfect for lifting but because they stay in place so well you could also wear them running, biking, or doing yoga. Super comfortable, quality stitching, well-fitting, perfect pocket size and placement. I absolutely love the fabric as it wicks away moisture so that I don't end up with sweat stains on my shorts after working out. The extra large pocket on the side is very welcome and it fits my cellphone or other necessities very well. It's so rare to find women's shorts with good pockets that these shorts are on their way to becoming my favorites. I've been wearing them both around the house and for the last couple of days and I've even forgotten that I've had them on! That comfortable. These are so comfortable and made well. The stitching is amazing and the material is thick and comfortable. They have small little pockets on both sides so you can stick your money or keys in them. They breathe well and don't leave you feeling sticky. The one thing I am not fond of though is the letter V with the circle around it on the back of the shorts.
