I brush morning and night. This is my night toothpaste, as I feel it's done a thorough job, go to sleep with a clean mouth. However, for mornings, i would not use it - especially if you are planning to drink or eat anything. It leaves you feeling fresh - and if you put anything into your mouth, less than an hour of using this toothpaste - it feels "wrong". Your mouth will lose its freshness. Plus, it's quite intense, so the first few sips of coffee or food you consume - will have the lingering effect of the toothpaste. 5 starts - I love it!
