Author offers tips at beginning of chapters. The format of the recipes is unique. The ingredients are located in the margins on the page and the procedures are found on the main part of the page. Makes shopping lists very easy.

I found this book at my local library and since we love Italian food I decided to try out some of the recipes. With only five ingredients and simple instructions I made several amazing tasting dishes. The barolo pork roast was a big hit as was the Gelato pie.  So easy and so good that I had to have my own copy.  Finding it used on Amazon was great.  The book is really in very good condition and the price was more than acceptable.  I would purchase from this seller again.

If you an occasional home cook and like easy to prepare Italian dishes, you'll love this cookbook from Mary Ann Esposito. If you've seen her cooking shows on TV (PBS and elsewhere), you already know she's a "real deal" Italian chef. She has presented traditional Italian recipes and preparation techniques to the masses for many years. I refer to her style as "ground level regional Italian cooking"! In that I am of Italian decent, I can testify that many of the dishes she prepares are done so in exactly the manner my parents and grandparents prepared them. You will be satisfied with your meal preparations. I fully recommend this recipe book and others in her series of Italian cookbooks.
