Chickens love this food and I love the ingredients!

I have a small flock of chickens and a partner with a wheat allergy. It was impossible to find wheat free food for them. I was about to make my own mix which would have been a pain. Thankfully I found this! All my chickens layed a good sized egg everyday and the yolks were a light orange, not the pale yellow of a lot of grocery store eggs. The bag was well sealed and never noticed any issues with the feed seeming old. Shipping was quick. Definitely a good option for wheat free chicken food! I assume a good balanced diet by how well my girls layed eggs this year

I have tried several different products over the years offering high quality, natural ingredients. This grain is the best. My hens love it and there is so little waste. Although it is a little pricey, I think it is worth the extra cost.

It’s OK for fermenting

I got a powdery product. Will not be ordering again.

I have Celiac disease and the dust from my chicken food was making me sick. I now only order the NCO wheat-free blend...no more problems!

Our chickens absolutely love this feed and are thriving on it. Not to mention it is a huge help for me as a Celiac, I can feed the chickens and not worry about cross contamination. Please keep making it, New Country Organics is the only company offering a wheat/barley/rye free chicken food!

I am very pleased with this feed. I have a terrible wheat allergy and a commercial brand without fail would make me sick, just getting the dust on me. While there is always a chance of cross-contamination, I am able to use this without any issues. Most importantly, my pet rooster has flourished on it- he's nice and plump and his feathers are absolutely gorgeous at this point. Whatever is in it must be very nutritional.
