TaylorMadeSIM MAX-D Driver, UST Mamiya Helium 5 Shaft

I really like this driver. I finally realized at the age of 74 then I needed a friendlier shaft. I am just getting used to this Club but so far I'm very happy with it.

I'm hitting the ball better and straight. My problem is aiming since I'm hitting it left since I'm use to slicing

OMG, this club should be Illegal. I normally hit my drives from 230 - 250 yards, but with this club I hit a 330 yard drive. It was a short 333 yard par 4 and the last 100 yards was downhill, when I found my ball it was in the Fringe about 15 feet from the hole. I hit another 2... 300 yards drives on flat ground. It feels so lite when I swing this club... I must have increased my clubbed speed at least 10 MPH or more. I didn't make any adjustments yet and I don't think I will have to because nearly every tee shot went straight and LONG... REALLY LONG. I'm a old man (69 years old, 6'2", I weigh 145 pounds and I qualify for handicap parking. I can hit a golfball with a Driver a long way but with this club it has become ridiculous. If you can afford the $500.00 get this club. Its amazing!

After getting back into golf after taking years off, I ended up getting a cheap set and wanted to upgrade piece by piece. I started with upgrading my driver to this driver and holy crap! This driver is lightweight, the perfect amount of flex and when you connect(ting that ball launches!!) I am now driving the hall 280-300 yards easily!! I am 5ft 8in and my swing speed is roughly 90-100 and this driver really improved my drives big time. Now that my long game is on point it gives me more time to work on my short game! When delivered it had no damage with a good amount of packing foam! I may be bias now, but since I’ve adding this driver to my set last season, majority of what I’ve added has been all Taylormade.

This club allows a slower swing speed to achieve the equivalent distance as the prior driver while not requiring a stiff shaft.I have my entire lumbar area fused. The SIM Max allows me to return to employing a driver to play with being in traction for two weeks post play. Back to using simple clay ice packs for a couple hours only.

It's a good driver, but for the part 3 out 10 drives are still slicing hard right. Also, the rubber over the speed injected is starting to peel off. I have had the driver about 3 months and use it about 4 or 5 times a month.

Worth the 400 and more. After I got it set for my swing I was crushing them down the middle. 30 years of golf it's the best driver I have ever owned. Lol I can go play the long courses again. Fixed 20 yards of slice and added 40 yards of distance. That ball spin was killing me.

First new driver I’ve ever bought. Works great, love it. Keeps me in the fairway a lot more, and When i do go right it’s not as deep. Arrived fast and in perfect condition.

ヘッドスピード通常41～43m/s Max47くらいで持ち球はややフェードですM4の9.5度から買い換えました ロフトは悩みましたが結果的に10.5度で成功でした球も上がり易く捕まりも良く 普通に打てば軽いフェード 捕まえにいけばドローになりますキャリーが伸びて飛距離アップしましたミスヒットにも強くコースでトゥ側にヒットした時もフックでそれなりに飛んでくれました

毎年新製品が出るテーラーメイド。低価格で入手できるSIM MAX Dは、打感が少しぼやける感じでスピン量が多めの感じだが、コントロールしやすい良いドライバーです。手持ちのシャフトの中では、スピーダーのエボIIが最も合っている様です。
