No issues!
I blew the pulley in my garage. A repair company quoted me $250 but I was able to do this myself in under 20 minutes.

Wish it was metal.
Because it is made out of plastic its not real durable.

Why don’t they make these out of metals
As the title says, why is this made of plastic? They seem to break after 1000-1500 uses so why not use a more durable material.Otherwise the product is fine and the seller has them at a good price.

Exactly what I needed
Had a friend help install a new garage door. He forgot to bend out the tab on top so our pulley got broken. This was its replacement and has worked perfectly fine since installing it.

Fine but here's a metal alternative...
So the original lasted for years. Sure, not the end of the world replacing it but why bother if there's a metal alternative out there to last the test of time? I spoke with tech support at Grainger and he recommended the following:Order this: Item # 493R59 from Grainger (1/8" rope diameter, 2.5 metal sheave, 1/2" bore). This is your typical size required for residential doors. Less than $11 but pay to ship also.In the event you have something larger than normal for cable, door, etc then 493R60 is the part number for the 1/4" size.
