I really like taking these. The capsules are not too big so they are easy to take. I think they are very beneficial. They have so many great benefits. I like that it doesn't have a after taste.

I have finished taking a full bottle of this product and what I have noticed is that my skin and hair improved so much, my energy level especially in the morning has gone up and my pain level after a hard day's work in my yard the previous day is gone the next morning. My hair growth was faster than normal, and my facial skin feels more supple and smooth even though I am usually outdoor working in our yard/garden. My energy level has also improved. Usually, it is hard to get up early most mornings, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels so much so that I just get up and go. I take 2 capsules everyday usually after breakfast. I am 50+ and I am not easily impressed but this product worked for me so much so that I have ordered another bottle.

I have been incorporating moringa into my diet since the early 90's.I usually eat the leaves with a soup called Chicken Tinola.While I still eat/cook that dish, I like to consume natural supplements during the colder months, up until the switch from winter to spring.These moringa pills are great.You do taste them as soon as you put the capsules in your mouth, but as soon as you drink your water, the earthy/natural flavor goes away.Theses are much easier to consume, VS drinking a loose powder.I started with two capsules, and then worked up to the recommended dosage of 4 per day, and I did not experience any side effects.Ingredient list (minus the veggie capsule):100% pure organic moringa powder.Love this brand, and would for sure repurchase.

Great product. Has improved my digestive system and increased my energy naturally. Starting to notice less pain in my knees. Good value. Would buy again.

I'm almost finished with this bottle and I can't say that I've had any noticeable improvements to my joint pain or anything. But that's just me.
